at the end of this Villain Hunt. The darn thing so far has cost me through the nose. Shady charged like a wounded bull just for 2 little FA's and the bribes I have to hand over.

And repayment???? $1000 items that any other time would sell for $4800!!!! I think they know I'm desperate and will take any amount they offer and pay whatever they want! Darn Townies!!!!

Lol, Lolita, you are so lucky you got a lovely dress for your first AVH. I was hoping to get a dress exactly like that on my first hunt, but got the parrot instead.

And I haven't seen any cape's lying around. Maybe a lovely satiny evening cape to go with my dress :) Hmmmmm

Congrats Lolita!!! I'm about to do my first AVH so thanks for the heads up.
I got my cash ready and is about to burn 'em... and I'll remember the teaching:
When it gets really frustrating and we just wanna solve one case,
It also just take one case (well, two) to drag us to shady.

Captain ctown, if I see any cape anywhere, I'll sure let you know (especially the flying type) :)

Don't worry Lolita, i'm sure you'll be a rich girl again very soon. Hey at least you have an extremely pretty dress now! keep those swirls goin'! Personally i'd go for a simple one room flat, it cost less if you plan to move it about during a VH and wanna change gears. (unfortunately, i found out that we can only own one flat only in the entire sleuth world. sucks, i'd stay, ruins my dream of being a real estate tycoon!!)

But, you can't have a library and a message board and store your gear all at once then. Of course, I haven't gone on a VH yet, so who knows what I'll think after I finish it! ;)

I really would like to have at least 2 rooms so I can throw in some extra cases as well as equipment. Now with all the fancy new gear coming out I will need 3 rooms just to try out all the new items. And I feel bad taking all this stuff from the agency to get in good with some guy who has a shoe and hat fetish! LOL. If I had my own aparment I might be able to get a stock of items to keep that guy happy and build my standing with him! :)

You mean the Shangri-la Tigers? Yeah, LOL. At our agency a few of us happens to go to shangri-la at around the same time, so we just give each gears we found but not in need. It so happened that the monks (steepers) want the same thing from us, say a Sparkly Vest (at least 4-5 vests!!!), and we joked that they must be wearing them like a uniform, or that the tread caught on and everybody in Shangri-la wants one... :P

Anais you should start your Shangri-la quest soon, that way, both you and Lolita can share gears and the hunt for the latest fashion trend would be much swifter.
