Thanks to Leddie, Lady Emerald Devon, for a wonderful idea that never really took off. Below, her intro:

How does your day start? How does it end? And just what happens in all those middle bits?
Do you wake up and groggily log into Sleuth before you've eaten your Bran to keep you regular? Or log into Sleuth before your head hits the pillow?
Do you have a nine to five job or work all night and sleep all day like Drac?
Do you have kids or go to school or have kids in school?
When is your footy practice, your ballet classes and when do you play the piano?
Do you eat three square meals a day or are you more a Pentagonal type of eater?
And just when does your real life get fit around your Sleuth playing?
Now it's your turn to be the star in .....


A day in the life of..............*Drumroll*..........

Thank you, thank you all. Please, no more applause. Well ok, just a little more! You like me....You reallly like me.

Hmmm....a day in the life of ctown, let's see.

My day starts when I Wake up from the noise of all the pets that have been brought into this agency against my will.

I get cleaned up and dressed and head to my co-director lilangels office. I tell her to get to the kitchen to make me some breakfast. She yells at me and tels me no. I order her to make me breakfast and remind her who the real boss of this agency is. She thwacks me upside the head.

I then go to Makensie Brewers office and tell her to make me breakfast. She gives me a blank stare and tells me no. I remind her that I am her boss and tell her that if she does something for me, I will do something for her. She laughs at me, smacks me and tells me that I'm crazy.

I then try topkebabs office and ask her to make me breakfast. Again I get laughed at and ridiculed.

Poirot's Protege' is next, insteaad of declining to make me breakfast she just asks me if I know anything about the broken vase in her apartment. Not wanting to raise her suspicion, I head out.

I go to Aunties office, right before asking her about breakfast, I think about it and realize that if I ask her, she will make me something healthy, uggh, no thanks. I cover it up by just telling her that I wanted to say good morning. She pinches my cheeks and sends me on my way.

kidgame and Kopper would be next but why bother, I don't think either of them know how to cook.

I go to the kitchen and make my breakfast, one by one all of the detectives of DPI, stroll in and eat my breakfast. I have to start my day hungry.

I head out for the day to play all my cases, I get mocked and ridiculed by all the townies.

I finally make it back home, starving I head to the kitchen and make my self something to eat. I enjoy my dinner alone, while reading the newspaper and then it's finally time for bed.

I grab my beloved teddy bear, Stanley, and head off to dreamland hoping that tomorrow will be a better day.
