After enough cases you'll have enough clues on location and other distinguishing features to narrow it down to one. Depending on which local in which town, the number of needed clues will vary.

Since repeat clues are possible, the length of a hunt is difficult to determine. I've finished a couple of hunts in three days (with cases left to go get my reward), but I've also been stuck in one city for a week or better.

Good luck.

Clues are designed to help narrow down suspects, with the help of whatever city map you're in. The north of here should eliminate some suspects, the south of bridge some more, and so forth. By the time you're gotten all the clues, you should be down to one suspect, ergo, your guy (or gal).

Prepare to spend a minimum of several days on your hunt. They take patience, hard work, and logical thinking. They're high stress, high risk, high reward ventures. You can do this. Just give yourself the time and chance. Good luck, and happy hunting!
