would probably give this kind of state:
Smarts:
To Ctown smart -5, because there are too many colors on the item compared to what's normal in Sleuth.
To Aknas smart + 6, because the hat gives the ability to hide an awful lot of recording and analyzing equipment.
Charm:
To Ctown charm -4, because the size of the picture are completely wrong compared to sleuth regulations
To Aknas charm +5 because she will be noticed wherever she goes, and people would love to be close to such a cool person.
Tough:
To Ctown tough -3 because he tries to make a chicken out of a fellow sleuth.
To Aknas tough +4 because everyone would fear the death peck of the beak of the bird.
At least that's my suggestion ;-)
Any other suggestions?
