I wondered the same thing CC. I pm'd Sunny a few days before Halloween asking if the masks would be available this year but I didn't hear back from her. Hopefully, they will be available next year. I wasn't playing yet last Halloween so I was looking forward to having the opportunity to pick up a few.....so much so that I cleaned my apartment and the agency locker just to make room for them. :)
