I'm in with the La Cosa Nostra and I just want to know how many points in standing do you have to have to be able to learn the skill.

I think it's 25 points in standing with the faction, plus of course the skill points needed for the skill.

its 25 but the special skills arent that special. make sure u learn other skills first cause they r more needed in the game.
