Maybe this is more for the newbie thread, so others that have the same question have easy access to it.
THe more your experience goes up, the less skill points you get on the same level of difficulty case. This means in order to progess faster, you need to play harder cases. Or get a skill point every 4 weeks pretty soon. :) Sorry that I can't give you better news.
