The point is to not make any false accusations. As long as a suspect has a motive, fake or no alibi and at least one piece of evidence implicating the suspect, the suspect is guilty. If you don't know whether a suspect alibi is real or not there are two other ways to solve the case. One is to have two witness evidence against that suspect (one physical and one witness is not enough to ensure guilt). For the other, you need thread and hair analysis, to get all of the physical evidence. If you can identify all except one of the pieces of physical evidence going to people with real alibi and that last one going to a suspect which you do not know if the alibi is real or not, that suspect will definitely have a fake or no alibi and will be guilty.

I think Andrew is right. At the paying Shady 10K level, and you can not make that you are doing something wrong.

1. Never guess.
2. Play close attention you accuse the right person (this is where I goof up)
3. Make sure you at least always have double the shady money in your safe. Based on that you play the difficulty of your game, donations to an agency, purchasing equipment.

10K is not so bad. A few games and a few favours you are there. In worst case, you play a bunch of easy games to get right back in to shape.

If it makes you feel better. If I were to visit Shady now, I have to pay him 560K. That would be a lot of favours and easy games. :)

But I feel your pain, I never thought Shady was too expensive until at some point having to pay him 300K and up.

i know what u guys mean...and ofcourse i'm careful when playing...but sometimes u totally know that suspect but it turns out to be someone else...there should be like a percentage thing.

if you use the method i show you, and quit when you don't have all the requirements of the method that i showed you, you will never again in your whole entire life make a false accusation (unless Ben changes the game)
