...there was much excitment. Hushed talk of a new Bureau had leaked out but the Directors were unavailable for comment. Frantic activity around the HQ told all that there were plans afoot but without an inside line the press were baffled. What was this mysterious "Bureau"? Would Arch Villains be saved from the relentless pursuit of the TIA angents? Until someone talked on the record about this Black Project, all was just conjecture and only time would tell.

Another rumour has arisen: the Tea Steeper monks know the secret of the bureau, TIA directors are obligated upholders… The Prince had offered a reward for information after he received only envasive answers, he is concerned that his enemies know more than him about the bureau. A lot of spies have been sent out to Shangri La caves to find the monks and get the information first before everybody else, a big hunt has started to reach the information… Nobody knows they are not able to find it in Shangri La…

Brasco was sat at his desk, surrounded by an array of reports and papers. The gas lamp flickered, sending shadows ripping across to the furthest reaches of the office as he studied the plans.

TIA's operations in tracking down international Arch Villains had gone well, but the agency has come under criticism from the factions that they were not trying hard enough to track down the missing items. Each time there was a delay in finding the treasures, the faction bosses felt increasingly uneasy and they demanded TIA get involved. Within the agency there was also a desire to set the record straight. After much discussion a decision was made. While TIA was committed to keeping Arch Villains off the street, they still needed to turn the same kind of attention towards the factions and getting those treasures found. A Bureau in charge of finding lost treasures was not short of supporters or volunteers. All the reports back were in agreement.

He smiled as he read the charters for both agencies. These were exciting times for the Intelligence community. All that was left to do was to sign of the charters, which he did with a flourish and a smile.

"Let's get them!" He thought.
