She'd had enough of my questions, unless there was something I could do to convince her to be more cooperative. does this mean there is something I can do to change a witness's mind? like advanced sweet talking?

only if you have the skills it will take time right now if she is clammed you can't get her to talk

So if I have an advanced skill, I have a better chance of getting her to talk but if she is clammed it's hopeless?

Clamming can sometimes be helped in an agency.

Just keep checking the recruit boards, there are a lot of good agencies out there who want good, new players. Don't sell yourself short here!

Lots of agencies hire newbies. you just have to be willing to play. Actually an agency can help you faster then going it alone. They can lend equiptment that will make you more efficient.
