Hey! I am a new detective. So, would you mind telling me if unsubscribed people can buy an apartment and can they decorate and furnish it as they like. If you answer to this question then thank you very much and if you don't answer then welcome very much.

While we do not believe there was anything wrong with the old rules, we realize that some people who purchased apartments did so without understanding that they would only be able to access them while their subscriptions remained active.

With that in mind, we've reviewed this issue and decided to make a change regarding apartment owners who's subscriptions lapse.

From now on, if your subscription runs out you will be allowed to enter your apartment, use your furniture, access items and case files stored there.

However, you will not be able to do any of the following:
* Buy Furniture
* Sell Furniture
* Redecorate
* Move to a different city or unit
* Invite new guests or uninvite current guests

Let me know if you have any questions regarding this rule change.

On a side note Joseph, no disrespect intended, subbed or unsubbed, you have a ways to go before you will be able to get an apartment. I can't remember exactly how much they cost, but they are 100s of 1000s of dollars. But if you sub and start working hard, you can get there one day. :-)

Thanks

Subbed players can invite anybody they want to, short of banned players. Doesn't matter what the status is of the invitees. ;-)

And far as I know, no, your case files are not inaccessible to an unsubbed apartment owner like they are in the Agency files. I've never tried it out though, so that could be wrong. ;-)

So could you put a NEW case in the files if you're unsubbed?

Like my wife said, we think that you can put any case, new or existing, in an apartment storage file, even if you're unsubbed. The same is not true, however, for agency case files. Those are locked off to all Unsubbed members of an agency. Sorry.
