This is just a question to those who uses my secret sleuth case assistant client to check if I have been able to send you all an update. I have also tried to create a Distribution List, and used this to send a hi message.
Would you all check if I have managed to get the addresses correct?
- send me a PM if you are missing on my list.

Happy Sleuthing

How does this compare to the ASH?

I have been puzzled for some time with what you are maning by the ASH?
ASH - like in ashes? - meaning that I really offend the community by making this post?? That was never my intention. I hoped that the post would just quickly drop to page two or three or something... - just getting those that I might have forgot on my list to give me a hint.

Then another thought dropped into my mind... You mean ASH as in automated sleuth helper?

If you mean the Automated Sleuth Helper, the best answer I can give is that it's different. My towniesweeper was built out of what I learned when I worked on this program, and if you test out the towniesweeper, you might get an idea about what kind of different?

I would not call my program automated, because you have to do the thinking yourself. Now, some of the "tasks" that are involved when solving a case is automated, but it's surely not a once-click-and-the-case-is-solved thing! Also, when you choose to do something automated, you always have the risk of not being equally successful, because most of the time the human mind is able to think and create strategies that are better tailored to the actual conditions that what a program is able to do. A program is only good to use on repeating strategies where no or little brain activity is needed to do the job.
