Over the time I have seen that there tend to be a discussion of having TH's that allow for people with multiple sleuths in the same agency to participate. There is a voiced limit of two doubles in the same agency.
Those of us who knows the work that is needed to complete so many cases that we could participate in a TH with joy have trouble understanding that there need to be an overall rule limiting this.
Now, I do know that some think that the rule makes it possible to create communication and cooperation inside of an agency.
So, my suggestion is: What if there were introduced a new kind of TH's that was addressed to those agencies who did not want to be bound of the limit rule? That way even such agencies (as Isac) would be allowed to play both open and clean. Perhaps those TH's need to have more favors that needs to be done?
