Well folks, you may or may not have seen my coming soon announcement about Sleuth Internet Radio. And heres an update. The show will debut on August 17, 2008 at 4:00 EDT. I am still working on some special guests and working out a few minor kinks, the link will be available to you all soon.

Rumor has it that a certain Shady character got wind of it as well and may be making an appearance. I'm really looking forward to doing this and hope you will all have fun listening, it will be a live show so anything can happen.

The Lotte Lenya mentioned in "Mack the Knife" was actually the same one who played Rosa Klebb in From Russia With Love. She just so happened to be in the studio while Louis Armstrong was recording the song and he added her name to the song.

All I can say is Wow!

That was a lot of fun, we had a total of 59 live listeners and the show is up in the archives already. I hope you all enjoyed listeneing as much as I enjoyed doing it. There will definately be more shows coming. The highlight for me is when Octavia called in to yell at me for her commercial, I did not know that was gonna happen and I had a chance to test my improv skills! lol

We even had some Shades players listening and one of them called in. Oh I guess I can spill the beans now that it's over. My co-host for the show was none other than Sleuth Admin himself!

Good job ctown, it was really enjoyable! I was glad to see such positive reception to my idea. I do however request that Private Eyes be played on the next show. I've also sent you a promo for my next scripted mystery, which will hopefully be out soon.

I got the promo Heimlich, thanks for that. When you say Private Eyes are you talking about the Hall and Oates song? I think I can find that!

I just listened to the playback and I am ecstatic about it. I want to tahnk each and every one of you. Without all of you, the show would not have been possible

What a great idea, Ctown, and it was a wonderful show! It was also wonderful to see everyone in bar chat. You know, the chat almost makes sense if you listen to the radio show at the same time. If you just read it on it's own, well...

but we already know our sleuthy friends are a bit nuts. :D

My apologies, I wasnt reading the bar chat at the time, but just went through it.

I dont know how long it's gonna take but I'm still on a high from the show. You were all great listeners and I can't thank you enough.

I will be planning the next show this week and will have a date shortly. Sometime in Seotember, maybe do a special show for someones b-day on the 16th! ;-)
