Thanks.

Nic, I have noticed once that the schedule said the ship was two days out from Shanghai, but it turned up in Shanghai the next day. From what you've said I calculate that the ship should turn up in NY tomorrow, but currently the Shanghai docks still say it's 2 days out from NY. I wonder if this is just a wording problem because I think the "1 day in dock 2 days at sea" is correct.

I posted in the other thread that I had a similar problem with the Sleuthetania, in that it docked in NY the day after we left Shanghai.
It's the only time I've been on, so I don't know if it was a glitch or if it's a regular occurrence, but it was definitely not at sea for 2 days on that particular voyage!

I'm in Shanghai right now, the dockmaster said:
At sea, 2 days out from Shanghai.
Yesterday Topkebab reported it was 2 days out from NY.
Perhaps the Pirates are running the ship. That might explain the $20,000 boarding fee.
;)
And the teaspoons (see Pirate thread.)

According to the NYC Dockmaster:
"The Sleuthetania is currently at sea, two days out from Shaghai."
still 2 days out?
hmm... this is the first time I've noticed the typo on "Shaghai"

Reporting directly from Sleuthetania's bridge:
Ship Location
The Sleuthetania is currently at sea, two days out from Shaghai.
(I haven't noticed the typo either).
I boarded the ship yesterday in NY harbour, but sometime during the day it changed into "at sea, two days out of Shanghai". It still says the same thing. It seems that the ship's and server times don't match. Maybe the time is counted from the moment of launching.

I reported the type shortly after the ship set sail. Just a matter of getting it corrected now

I noticed it the first time it left New York but never reported it. I always think someone else has probably already done it. haha

Oh and in Shanghai this morning it also said it was at sea, two days out from Shanghai (didn't pay attention to the spelling then so maybe it reads correctly there). At least we know all 3 places are on the same time schedule today.
If I remember this right, on the maiden voyage (the only time I've been on) it said the 2 days out from Shanghai almost the entire trip there and only changed to 1 day out at some point during that last day. If that is still the case, it might be due in Shanghai tomorrow night at turnover? (just a guess)

at the time of the post it now says one day out from Shaghai. Obviously it's not going by server turnover. Nearest I can tell is it's changing sometime around 6:pm EST but I haven't pinpointed the time yet
