Ok...so maybe I am just a dumb newbie but when I first signed up, I got the interrogation skill. So I'm working on cases and when they clam up, it says that I must have the interrogation skill to interrogate them. If anyone can help, I thank them in advance.

Could you be mixing up interrogation with intimdation? I think you get intimdation as a starter just like sweet talking.

Interrogation and rule bending are ones you have to buy as well as the advanced intimdation and sweet talking..

Well thank you very much but it will not let me sweet talk either. I had 20 points to spend and I have earned more so I have lock picking, interrogation, thread an., and hair an.

I think what Lady Jas is saying that there are 2 skills that help Tough detectives in questioning people.

Interrogation works with the suspects (the people who have the motives and alibis to have killed the victim).

Intimidation works with the witnesses (the townspeople - barber, fortune teller, etc).

What I think might be happening is that you have one or the other of intimidation & interrogation, but not both. So either the witnesses or the suspects will unclam for you, but you need the other skill to get both of them to unclam.

Hope that makes sense...and if that's not the problem, then I'm stumped!

I can't hear any of you....so I'll assume you're all dumb ; and you must think the same of me too. Unless you have bugged my house, in which case you're probably thinking I'm ignorant rather than dumb ;)

There are no dumb questions Berrier, just silly answers...like mine :D
