Yes you can get an invite.
First and foremost, you must be subscribed, which you are. Secondly you must have a minimum of 100,000 xp (Almost Impossible Level cases) to be able to try and obtain an invitation.
IF you want more detailed answers on where to find the ambasador etc, send me a message, as posting anything more on here would be considered a spoiler and would get deleted.
