My case has one suspect and she won't talk! I don't know what to do to move this forward. Not sure what level mystery it is because it's a favor for the banker. Help!
Thanks

Sounds like you just need to quit. It happens. Sometimes they clam up before you ask the first question. All you can do is work on your skills and your gear.

Pick either toughness (Interrogation and Intimidation skills) or charm (Sweet Talking and Rule Bending) and then get the gear that supports it. Favors will get easier to solve as you build up your experience and skills.

Thanks for the advice. Guess that's what I will do!

this did happen to me a couple times on favor cases, to check the level during a favor you can go to the briefcase.

She means the tab that says "case", the brief case icon is no longer around. :)

Usually when you start, the favors are all at the intermediate level, which is really a push if you are just beginning and don't have the charm or tough skills to get the witnesses to talk. But you get by that pretty fast, since skill points come quick when you are starting.
But it still happens even to seasoned sleuths once in a while. I have had my initial suspect on a favor clam up on the first question, and I'm loaded with charming gear and have all the charm skills. I think Ben just sticks a few clunkers in there to keep us humble.
