I was curious how you become a faction head. I know you have to have the highest standing with that faction to become the head of the faction. But I have had a higher standing than the faction head multiple times but have never been the head of the faction. Is there something else your suppose to do as well?

Dear Jesse what about the possibility to have a 4 room furnished penthouse in both cities that the faction is established … or the endless cash flow from the faction …or etc etc?
