I was curious how you become a faction head. I know you have to have the highest standing with that faction to become the head of the faction. But I have had a higher standing than the faction head multiple times but have never been the head of the faction. Is there something else your suppose to do as well?

pretty sure it also has to do witht he rate at whcih you lose points at the end of the day. i think that it's variable. eg i lose 4 you lose 5. so that different people get a chance to be leader. sometimes that works in your favour, sometimes it doesn't.
