I'm at a loss on what to do.... I've tried reporting a major bug, I've tried PM's to Admin and still nearing 3 weeks of having major problems....
My apologies for posting here, but I'm so frustrated with not being able to play any cases harder than IH's or just doing AVH's. Both of my detectives just keep losing pts/cases/money as the days keep going on without any help to correct the problem...
Now my subscriptions have run out.... Should I just give up on Sleuth?

Bella, please don't give up. Did you PM "Sleuth Admin" ? I wouldn't trust that "report a bug" thing, I don't know how often its monitored. Sleuth Admin (Ben) is with an agency called "The Mohair Suits" and he logged in yesterday.

Yes I have to no avail and 3 weeks is a bit excessive to wait for a major bug to be fixed.... I cannot say what all I've lost, just know it's A LOT!!! Dang it took LC 2 weeks to get 1 skill pt. w/o Bella... Perhaps SoM is more important than my 2 lil' ol' subscriptions to Sleuth Noir... :( The frustration and disappointment is beyond words, as not only are my 2 det.'s losing, but so too is my agency.....

Hi Bella,
I have to admit, I dropped the ball on this one.
I was confused about your original complaint (it is confusing), so I put it off for a couple of days. Then I got flooded with complaints about a dispute between two groups of players and your issues got back-burnered to the point they fell off my radar.
Anyway, I think I've fixed the problem with your apartment case files. You had somehow gotten duplicate files created for a single mystery. This then caused problems whenever you tried to open that mystery and play it, or refile it.
This was an issue that I was unaware of up until now, but it looks like it had happened to a couple of other apartment owners in the past. So, we'll work on a fix to prevent it in the future.
I don't think you ever told me what was wrong with your other account. Can you send me a new PM about that?

Thanks Ben, as it seems I can save cases without trouble now. Albeit, I used the 2 cases that were left in my apt. files and finished another case, after completing a favor needed for a hunt and it took actually 4 cases to get another favor. This has happened more than once to me. Any ideas?
Obviously, I don't have the initial major bug report which was around March 7th I believe, but I do have all the other PM's I sent you, if you'd like to review them just let me know and I'll forward via PM for your perusal. :)

Actually I had 3 of the same case and guilty suspect.....Here's what happened: I solved the first case and saved it in my apt. From my apt. I opened another case to work and when I clicked on case to look it over, it was the exact same case. I saved it and opened yet another case to work. When I clicked on case to look it over, yet again it was the exact same case and guilty party! I saved it, reported a Major Bug and left on an AVH, as I didn't want to lose any pts/cases/money.
Oh and I was also unable to save cases in the agency files. Perhaps this will assist you in finding out what glitch may be around in saving files in both places. :) I understand your confusion, as I was thoroughly confused as to what was happening also! Thanks!
