Working on a case where 3 people clammed up on the first question (anyone have motive). Never got answer. Finally figured out Client is murderer, but unfortunately, I'm unable to accuse this person because no one can give motive for her. Is there another way to get motive? Also, is this normal (happen alot) or just a glitch? Please help.

Your case level might be too hard for your character's level of persuasion. You need to up your Sweet Talking skills ASAP and possibly go down a level or two in cases.

there is a time when u move from easy cases to harder ones when this happens a lot. its because u can do harder cases but ur character still cant. u need to have the right skills with the right equipment and also some bribe money. or go back a level till u earn more skills.
