Is there a problem here, if all the townies are saying the same thing:
'It's exciting to have the Ambassador to Shangri La in town. He has a reputation for being quite a partier, but I hear he's here on an important errand for the Prince. I wonder where he's been keeping himself. '
Or is this random also, and you just have to keep trying throughout the day?

Anybody able to locate the ambassador? I've been asking the townies over and over again, they keep saying the same thing.

Ambassador came back NY way, and did we nab him or what, the poor guy was petrified, to see three looney women charging him :-)
