How do you find Larry the Toe?
Is he in every city?
And do you have to be subscribed to talk to him?

1. He'll be at the end of one of your cases on certain ones, if you look for him.
2. Nope, he's only slithering around the sewers of New York (don't you feel lucky :-D ).

3. Nope, subbed, unsubbed, he'll take anybody's money.

There's also lots of info at the top of the newbie message board. (CFM post) Always try that first, I've found it very helpful.
