It's hard to go more than a page of posts in this board (and the other ones too) without someone posting it somewhere. Do a search for the word "formula", and I'll bet you'll hit paydirt.

saralee, look at the bottom of this screen, run your cursor over it and you will see Newbie FAQ, click on this and look under Accusing (when should I accuse?) there is a lot of helpful info in the Newbie FAQ.
