Seems that although the distance from Cairo to New York (3 turns) and London (2 turns) is always stable (no matter if you are getting in or out of the city), this is not true for Delhi and Shanghai !
According to the official time tables you need 2 turns from Cairo to Delhi and 3 turns from Delhi to Cairo (Hard to get in…Easy to go out ?) while you need 2 turns form Shanghai to Cairo and 3 turns from Cairo to Shanghai (Easy to get in…Hard to go out?) !
Any idea why ?

Well, I think it's obviously due to correspondence between the different means of transportation you use to reach the different cities.
I thought most of us knew from real geography that London - Cairo is a shorter distance than New York - Cairo... ;-)
And Shangri-La ought to be closer to Delhi than to New York, but still it's 5 turns from either city, and 1 turn to return to any of those cities...
