I just clicked on one of the detectives in the newbie section, it looks like she has -10 exp. Is that possible? I never saw that before.

The only thing I can think of reda is that the detective was retired and then resurrected... You lose exp. when that happens...

I noticed that as well and came to the same conclusion as shell. Obviously it is possible, hence we wouldn't have seen it! :-P

That's an old problem. It happens when someone with really low XP resurrects. I think crunch brought it up early last year, and there have been subsequent conversations about it in Newbies. But don't ask me to do a cfm and troll through the boards for it.

lol I just created this character to try that out ran. Well I have -10 XP after falsing out 3 times on 0 XP, so that proves that. But I can't get a new case even though it says I have one left :( So that's a BUG Ben! Unless it's a rule of resurrection that you can't play another case for the day. :s I was hoping to false out again, go visit Shady and collect. SS

took me a while to work this out - being thick and all - but if you were ZERO xp and you falsed out 3 times, resurrected and then got yourself the above mentioned -10XP... you actually are ineligible to play any case, as you need ZERO xp to play even beginners lol. I know coz I've been trying to play a case and I can't even access the easy SM.
So if you are zero XP and false out 3 times, don't resurrect, just start again! SS
