Of course not! But it helps if that person also wants to chat. If you randomly PM people, and I'm not saying you are, you could be catching someone trying to finish cases before changeover, or they could be talking to other people, or just wanting a little quiet case solving time. I would suggest heading over to bar chat. See the link in the bar. That way you will find people in the mood to talk. :)

Be careful not to give out sensitive or important information about yourself to people you don't know, such as your real (legal) names, email addresses, street (home) address(es), and phone numbers. These can be used for ill-gotten purposes. So please, be careful. ;-)
