Old characters with little experience

This is regarded as an official question to Sleuth Admin, but also to the community for reactions.
When searching for a detective, I notice that I often get a whole lot of names that have total experience below 100, but when I look at them, it's more than 20 days since last time they logged in.

Question1: Does this kind of character take up resources on the Sleuth server, that would impact the speed?

Question2: Would it be possible to delete all theese characters, just to do a cleanup?

I suggest that the "parameters" for such a cleanup would be:
* total experience below 100
* days since last login > 20
* character are unsubscribed

Question3: Would the community approve such a cleanup?

I think that most of theese characters belong to people who once found Sleuth, tried to do a case or two, and may be returned once, probably never...

I don't know if it will help the slowness of the server, but I'm all for deleting characters who just showed up once or twice to use the chat room and never returned.

This actually happens from time to time, but I think its less than 30 xp and not sure what the time requirement is.

I asked something like this once it seemed that they don't take up that many resources on the server.

Yep. This has actually been done before in the past, but the parameters have been a little lower on exp.
