I'm on a favor and I've elimated everyone else except for this one person but I wasn't able to get to see if there alibi was real or fake and no one else suspects this person. but I'm about 99% positive that this person is gulity but I have this feeling that the game will say well your wrong because this person has an alibi.

Maz, if all the other evidence matches go to people with real alibis, then the last piece of evidence has to connect to the guilty suspect, whether or not you know his/her alibi status. Does that help?

Shadow Catcher is right, one piece of evidence belongs to the guilty party. The other 2 or 3 pieces belong to people with real alibis. Also, Maz, this type of question should be put in the Newbie thread even if you are no longer a newbie :)

Thank you see 2 pices of evidence don't belong to gulity people but I don't know who they belong to though.

Uh oh.

If you cannot POSITIVELY tie your evidence to real suspects, you have no way of knowing who they do belong to. And starting from really really hard level on, you have more guilty suspects than you do real ones.

So unless at least two of your three evidences have been MATCHED to real alibis, do not accuse. You'll be playing blindman's bluff, and you may very well lose.
