I know the murderer in my case is the client but I can't accuse him. I didn't find any physical evidence at the crime scene but I have two witnesses who both say that they suspect him.
Does anyone know why I can't accuse him or what I should do so that I can accuse him.

You have to have a motive for him so ask all the other suspects if they know anyone who has a motive :)
