I am just wondering.
Does anyone know if I get my standings with Tea Steepers or Tigers set to zero if I retire-reactivate a Sleuth?
That way I would be able to get both the Hostage Negotiation and the Trap Detection, and both the Shangri Laa faction books...

If you retire those factions dont reset so at the present there is no way to get both
