Dec-9-2007 17:06 I was just able to travel to Cairo even though I had 0 cases left of they day. It currently says I have -2 cases left. Should this have happened?
Dec-9-2007 21:06 There have been reports of this in the past, and I believe they just ended up with 2 less cases the next day.
