I just got the link to pay Larry $500 for the location to Lucy's. I clicked it, and all I got was a blank screen with a "leave" link. I checked my cash, and the $500 was not removed. Is this a "bug" possibly that should be reported, or does he just not like my money? Any help is much appreciated.

Tzu Hsin, it's a "twist" that will appear eventually in one of your cases. (a cutscene, so to speak). You'll know Larry when you see him.
