If you really want to get started and create your own agency...start off small...open your agency in the whiskey cellar..not very charming but it's a start...
I did this and worked my way up to where my agency is located now which is the beautiful firehouse...
You could also join an agency...build up your skills and contacts and then start your agency...
You could post on the message board under sleuth talk and see if anyone there has the same interest...
You can go to who's online...see who is not part of an agency yet and PM them, asking if they would be interested in being a partner in a new agency...
Hope this suggestions help...they worked for me...
