I think i must have missed something really obvious... I don't have a clue how to actually do the little jobs for the factions. I know you have to visit their headquarters but i can't say that i know how to do that. Please help, and try to refrain from laughing at my simplicity :-) cheers x

There are 3 factions based in each of the cities (NY, London, Shanghai, Delhi). Without putting any spoilers in my answer, you need to explore ALL the buildings on the map to find out where they are based.

When you find them, you may or may not be able to speak to them, depending on what your politics rating with them is.
