i am very confused about this larry the toe thing/person?? is it to do with subscribed detectives?? or just anyone?? and what in the world is it??

I don't know, but I've given him $500 twice, and he's told me two places for the caberet. But I can't seem to get there from here. Maybe Ben will let me change my name to Patsy.

It seems to be for everyone. I don't think you would get the message and the opportunity to pay if it wasn't supposed to work for you. It may take a little searching with your mouse on the map, though. And no icon appears! But you might see the little hand when it's time to click.
