A thread bump is a way of ensuring that a particular message is near the top of a message board so that people who don't look at anything but the first thing they see on a message board see the message. On these message boards, topics that have been replied to most recently are nearest the top, so people bump them by posting on them.
In other news, Big Bird from Sesame Street isn't really a "big bird" at all. It's an actor in a "big costume". And you should stay in school, take your vitamins and tattle if Billy McFreckle who lives down the street ever takes up smoking, because that there's a gateway drug.
And irrespective of where this agency is, young Kri, you couldn't join it. You have to subscribe to join any agency. See the thing that says "Read this First"?

well i found out that i have to be subscribed to join. thanks for the info i appreciate it ^_^ and yes i do see that "read this first"so i have to like put thread bump or say read this first every time i write in the message boards?
