Database cleanup

I ran a database cleanup job around midnight, Thursday morning 8/23. Hopefully this will speed things up a bit, as I know the server has been lagging a bit.
The last time I ran a similar script, some stored case files became corrupted and were unplayable. I think I've ironed out those wrinkles, but let me know if you spot something like that, or something else seems wrong today.
Thanks.

I would love the server to be faster as much as everyone, but would it be possible to know in advance next time?
That way we can clear our case files before server maintenance happens and not lose anything. I'm scared to even look at the files in my apartment. The one I had at the agency is gone. Unless a miracle happens and some survived, it looks like I'm going to be quitting about 10 cases because of this.

I want this day back, if know what I mean...
There's money on the table. We should receive some kind of message to know about this kind of stuff

I am sure things will be cleaned up by tomorrow, as for today, I agree with Tinuviel, it is a Sleuthville holiday, so lets party. :D

To further clarify for bug reporting.
I log in as:
R anstett, or Treschaude, of X.L. Derringer and I am able to open new cases, solve them and turn them in. I am able to open stored cases and turn them in, I am able to store cases.
Obviously Treschaude was not able to do this on their own computer.

I've lost my cases for the day too. Is anything being done about it or shall I assume it is going to be a holiday for cases today?

In reading RAnstett's post, perhaps cleaning your computers internet history, and cache might help. If he is able to access the files, and get a full case count for the day from his computer, but someone else using the same account from another computer can not, it may not be Sleuth but the computers themselves?

Yup. It's half the day gone and still no cases. :( I was supposed to go pick-up my gift from the prince today. :'( Since it appears that today's steamer is filled-up, I'll have to try to book passage for tomorrow. :P

As it appears that this is a widespread problem, I would appreciate a message from admin explaining what is going on and when they expect it to be fixed.
