If a suspect dies during the case, they can not, nor were they ever guilty.
I actually look forward to finding someone dead because it means one less suspect I have to worry about.

No Laura, we're all gumshoes... does us good when people die, mroe business. Yep we're morbid but we're the good guys, we get the bad guys!
