How to use the safe cracking skill?

Highly trained mob operatives are skilled in the science of Safe Cracking. With this skill, it is According to the help section, I am supposed to go the bank to use this skill, but when I go to the bank I can not understand how/where to use it. Any advice?

To quote from Samantha Homes: "If you are in an agency and you are doing a hunt, if you get down to only needing one key to get a treasure, you could use safecracking to open the safe instead of having to try and get and solve a favour for the person with the last key."

In other words, it's a useless skill for someone not in an agency. It is only used on treasure hunts with keys involved. If there are 7 keys needed to open the safe, someone with lock picking can open the safe with only 6 keys. It happens automatically, you don't have to "do" anything.
