I payed for an new account. Had the name of detective and password saved and now I can't log on and it says my detective does not exist, yet I have been charged. I have e-mailed and so far got no response. I called the number and was told it was the wrong number, verified that the number was correct called back and got an answering machine with someone called Barbara on it. Getting ready to start filing complaints with PayPal and others unless someone can help me.

First off, give Ben (Sleuth Admin) some time :D He's just had a new born baby and will be back shortly to help you with your situation.

Wow, hold on Connor! With so much internet fraud one can understand Mendol's unease, especially when he's emailed and phoned and not got anywhere. He's done the next thing he could do and that's write here.
Yes there are things more important but if you're a broke student (for example) then paying for something you haven't got is important to you.
At least he now knows that he's not being ignored - that the boss man's too excited with his new baby. I'm sure Mendol will quietly wait it out now.
By the way Mendol - I think it's Ben's first baby so he's even more taken up with it than if it were his 4th or 5th!
They're good here at Sleuth, they'll get you sorted out and then you can have the full enjoyment of Sleuth. The wait is worth it!

But I think Mendol has a point, regardless of Ben and Sunny's circumstances someone should be on hand to run the business in their absence.
Well with luck that person will be in today, check the answer machine and sort things out Mendol. Good luck. Failing that try getting in touch again.
