Aparments are great, you can sotre more equipment and case files.
They cost a fortune though and once you have one you need a lod more cash to buy the equipment.
An apartment is something to aspire to but my guess is you have a long way to go cash wise. Go to real estate office for an idea of the purchase price of your apartment.

Minimum price for a studio apartment (the smallest size) is $80,000, I believe. They go up in price to over a half a million. Furniture can cost anywhere from $20,000-$150,000 or more, depending on the piece and style you want. Most rooms hold between two and four pieces of furniture. By the time you get through buying the apartment and furnishing, you're prob'ly looking at somewhere between half a million and $1 million, easily.
