who can help...have an agency but want to move to another location...same city just enlarge to hold more detectives...you always get back money from the old agency location when you move...what is the percentage rate...

Example: large office space...$18,000.00 want to upgrade office to Mansion....$28,000.00. how much would I receive back from the large office to go towards the new office.

You will receive $7200 back from the large office. You will have to pay an additional $2000 to move. Think of it as a moving van fee.

You can check it all out before moving by clicking on the Move Headquarters button from your agency HQ page. Clicking on it will give you the message:

You can move the agency to a new city for $2000 plus the price of the new property. If you move to a different city, all stored case files will be lost. If you move to another property in the same city, your case files will be transfered automatically. In either case, all items currently stored in the equipment locker will automatically move to your new headquarters.

Then click on the same city as you are in and you will see:
The office safe contains $0. The agency will also receive $7200 back from the downpayment on the Large Office.

And for those not in a large office, you get back 40% of the down payment upon moving to a different place, whether you go from small to large, or large to small.
