The shoemaker is still stressed out and I nee to see about Hana Fryburger or something like that's alabi. I stumped.

If the shoemaker is clammed up, there is no way of unclamming him.
You'll have to quit if everyone clams up.

if you can get everyone else's alibi, you can work out whether that alibi is true or false, without having to get it from the Shoe Maker.

What Brasco means is that there is a certain amount of real and fake alibis per level. If you are working an easy case for example there are 3 suspects with false alibis, that means if there are only 5 suspects 2 of them have real alibis and if there are 6 suspects 3 of them have real alibis.
