So How do you catch Arch villens?

You need to be subscribed so you are able to travel, you need at least 100,000 exp. pts. and you need to be able to solve Almost Impossible cases without blinking. That's pretty much all you need to do to get started.

It's also helpful to have all your contacts in the 4 cities to make it easier on your cases, but it's not a requirement!
