This appeared as I opened a case file at my agency.

Glancing over the file, you spot a familiar name, Chang Martin, the victim's Loan Shark. You know a thing or two about Chang's past, maybe you'll have better luck getting answers than the last detective to work on this case.

File opened. Return to map to start working on this case.

The text was red. I haven't seen this before. Anyone know if it means anything in particular?

A good hint for agencies is if you get totaly clammed up ask a colleague to or two to open it. It doesn't always work but sometimes you get the red messsage and you get a second chance to question them.

The "unclaming" of suspects should only happen the first time a new detective opens the case file. Continually reopening it as other detectives to hope for a break will not work.

Thanks a lot. Another reason to subscribe and join an agency..
