what happens if you have a lot of equipment and cash in your agency that is being used...however your partner is not paying their fair share and wont respond to your emails...CAN I QUIT MY OWN AGENCY AND STILL KEEP ALL MY EQUIPMENT AND FUNDS...or do I lose everything...

You can sell all equipment you can't carry on you, then take all the money at of the safe and start again. However, you will lose all the money spent buying the agency.

However, as I have discussed with you, it doesn't really matter. You do not need the space and as your Director is not actually taking anything, I do not really see what the worry is.

Doing favours daily and all your cases should more than cover the rent.

You have a few options:

1. Leave it, it's no big deal.

2. Keep messenging the guy and ask him to demote himself and maybe leave a message on the Agency Boards.

3. Write to the Sleuth Admin and explain the situation (without caps as they are considered as shouting and/or rude).

4. Sell everything, take the money out of the safe and leave.

Also, as a Director it is always good to establish groud rules first and make sure everyone agrees on them before you accept them into the agency.

As Yoyo also said earlier, it is also a good idea to have a careful and thought out plan on who and when roles such as Officer or Director are given.

Best of luck and I hope everything works out for you :)

From experience, I know that if the director concerned hasnt logged in for over a month, then admin will demote the said director for you.

Hope thats ok to write Sir Ben :)
