That's right, folks. Ben, Sleuth Admin, the creator of Sleuth Noir, has agreed to another interview with myself.

In this exclusive interview, Ben will be answering questions about the upcoming game from Hypothetical Software; Sleuth: Shadows of Mystery.

On this thread, you can post any suggestions for questions you might have. The good ones will be taken and be pitted against each other in weekly polls on SleuthTips.com, where the interview will later be posted.

As always, Ben has the right to decline to answer a question, but you can be sure I will try to get as many questions answered about this new game as possible.

You can look here and on SleuthTips.com for updates on which questions are up for polls and which ones have already been chosen.

And without further adieu, let the question ideas begin!

Hmm, Ive got one...

Will Shades of Mystery offer other means of subscription options? Like Western Union perhaps? =)

Just that a credit card is not a normal accessory back here in the Phils and to get one we need either have a business or a monthly income, 2 things which arent readily available for us here still studying. -.- I have a bunch of friends who also play Sleuth but unfortunately they have to enjoy the game as unsubscribeds since they cant find access to someone that holds a credit card and a paypal account. -.- The prices are okay, we have enough funds to buy the subscriptions, just hard to find a reliable way to send the cash. We also dont want to send it via snail mail, too much corruption going on in the post office.

I have one,
Are there any new ways to interact with other players? If so, what are they?

Two ACTUAL questions now:

What will the rates for subscribing look like?

Will there be a free trial for unsubs or will it work the same as it does here (login restrictions, less cases etc)?

We do know there will be a free trial period for unsubbed people to explore the game.

Will subscriptions be transferrable. Like if you have 9 months left on Noir and want to change to SoM?

Another question about SOM, if we subscribe to either SOM or Noir wil we get a continual discount on subscribing to the other?

Also a second question, will there be a way to reserve your character name for SOM? I can see some unscrupulous types diving in and nicking the names and persona of our much beloved detectives before we get the chance.

Can there please be an enforceable way of preventing Password Sharing.
