Sorry Hana, as the top of the recruitment board says, you must be subscribed to join any agency in sleuth.
I'm sure they'll have you aboard if you decide to subscribe.

Hana, I'm sure Cobra or any other agency would be happy to have someone like you, but unfortunatley, you MUST be subscribed to join an agency. It's a sleuth wide rule, nothing personal.
